Solis Duo Programme Rice Cooker

Solis has mastered the art of cooking perfect, fluffy rice while allowing to steam vegetables, fish and poultry simultaneously, saving energy, space and time. The cooking process is taking place fully automatic: Start the cooking process by selecting the desired program. This kitchen aid is able to produce up to 12 cups of cooked rice at a time. The even heat distribution and non-stick coating of the bowl ensure evenly cooked rice without sticking. The cooking process ends automatically and the rice cooker switches to keep-warm mode for as long as 10 hours before the appliance switches off automatically. A practical delay timer function lets you set a countdown from 1 to 15 hours after which you want the rice to be cooked. This means that you could add rice and water to the rice cooker in the morning, to have deliciously cooked rice waiting for you when you come home in the evening. With an additional steaming function, fresh and frozen vegetables, fish, poultry, seafood and even other food such as dumplings can be prepared easily while preserving nutrients and vitamins. When pressing the steam button repeatedly, the steaming time can be increased in steps of one minute up to a maximum steaming time of 30 minutes. Thanks to its non-stick coating, the cooking bowl can be easily cleaned with warm, soapy water. The stainless-steel steaming insert is even suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher.
